1)artists are the catalyst for gentrification so you are very much valued. 2)Scientific social research proves diverse teams have a better outcome. Business/management/ science classes should all demonstrate the value of diversity as a strategy for success. 3)The DIA has spearheaded a Smithsonian style mall to incorporate the Detroit library, the Wright, the Scarab club and Science museum. Collaboration is key
