It is amazing to me that actual assets with a black overlay are historically devalued, but a newly created currency backed by nothing but faith and tech rockets to trillion dollar values, i.e. bitcoin. To the point of value being a social construct. Do you see blockchain processes are a potential work around our existing appraisal, title and lending systems?
